We want you to be happy with what you buy. If our plugin doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your purchase. No interrogation, no guilt trip.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase, for any reason. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@insation.ai from the email address you used to purchase, and include:

  • The order number from your purchase confirmation email;
  • A brief note (optional) telling us what didn’t work for you — feedback genuinely helps us improve.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your license key is deactivated;
  • You will no longer receive plugin updates or support;
  • You agree to uninstall the plugin from any sites where it is installed.

Renewals

License renewals are also eligible for refunds within 30 days of the renewal charge, on the same basis as initial purchases.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase or renewal date;
  • Evidence of abuse — for example, repeat purchase-and-refund patterns or attempts to download a plugin, refund, and continue using it;
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first. (We are almost always able to resolve issues directly — please email us before issuing a chargeback.)
