These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InsationAI website and our products. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase our products. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and ongoing compliance with these Terms, InsationAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased plugin(s) on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your license tier (Single Site, Agency, or Unlimited).

The plugin source code may be made available under the GPL or another open-source license; in that case, your rights under the open-source license are not limited by these Terms — but your support and updates are governed by these Terms and your active license.
An active license entitles you to plugin updates and email support for the duration of the license period (one year from purchase). After your license expires, you may continue using the version you have, but you will not receive new updates or support unless you renew.
All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Licenses are sold on an annual basis. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed amount.
Licenses do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in. We will send a renewal reminder before your license expires.

InsationAI, the InsationAI logo, InsationMCP, and all related names and marks are trademarks of InsationAI. All right, title, and interest in and to the plugin, the website, and any associated documentation — including all intellectual property rights — are owned by InsationAI or our licensors, except for the limited license expressly granted to you.
If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including improving our products. We are not obligated to keep your feedback confidential.
OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSATIONAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsationAI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products or services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the product cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our products will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page (with a new “Last updated” date) or by email. Your continued use of our website or products after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
